Thanks for stopping by!
Just sharing a little update on how I’m getting on with my reading challenge seeing as we are now in May. Which to be honest I’m pretty confused about. How is it May already?! As it stands at the time of posting I have somehow managed to read 64 books. Surprised? Yeah, me too!
So let’s take a look at how many I can mark off my bingo card…
OVER 400 PAGES
Alice Teale is Missing by H.A. Linskey
STAND-ALONE
Haven’t They Grown by Sophie Hannah
SET IN A PLACE YOU WANT TO VISIT
Lilian and the Irresistible Duke by Virginia Heath
SET IN A SCHOOL
Three Hours by Rosamund Lipton
ROMANCE
Five Minutes Late by Rich Amooi
AUTHOR SHARES YOUR FIRST NAME
Saturdays at Noon by Rachel Marks
BOOK BY A DEBUT AUTHOR
AUTHORS SURNAME STARTS WITH ‘J’
His Runaway Lady by Joanna Johnson

So out of 20 I managed 8. I don’t think that’s too bad. What do you think? I haven’t been picking books to match my bingo card. I’m just reading books and then seeing if they fall into any of the categories. Although who knows the closer it gets to the end of the year I may get more competitive! 😉
Well that’s it from me. I’ll be back with another update soon. Take care and keep safe – Rae x
You’re doing great Rae! I still want to join in with this and will put post together for it this week! xx

Nice job! Afraid of the Light is a great short story collection, and a rather quick read, just saying 😉

You are doing well, I love when I can tick books off a challenge without trying. It is when I get near the end and have to start choosing that I start to have problems.
